I had a total gains of 2691$, I stopped playing for like half an hour as I needed to attend an interview meeting and had to give medication to a client. After 35 minutes, the total winnings of 2691$ turned into 11$. And there were no items in the account.
I’ve reached to the support of Hellcase as my items miraculously disappeared on my account. However, they concluded that “only the user can perform the actions” made. Even though that I have said numerous times that I was working, and that I can even prove it.
I’ve been playing in the website for almost 2 years. This was the biggest gain that I’ve had and it just vanished into thin air. No items withdrawn, just items sold and opened cases. Of course the money will
just go back to them because they wouldn’t allow people to gain over them. It’s very disappointing that they don’t value loyal customers.

Cool website, fair and legit, but i have a problem where it doesnt let me use promo codes anymore, when i type in a promo code it just says: you have already used someones promo code, i tried with multiple different codes and it always says that. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello, I have joined 1 week after the beginning of this season. I will try to analyze this hub quick so everyone can make his own opinion about that.
Positive things:
1. You added captain pick (elo effected) but sadly day before season end.
2. Admin has been active even more as i was guessing he will (he was alone there for whole the month, so you need to add more staff members)
3. Really worthy prices
Negative:
1. Too many smurfs and "new" accounts which have been obviously throwing the games
2. Matchfixing even when they were doing too obviously (those guys havent been even banned or penalized yet)
3. Subjective opinion of admin in few cases /thats why we need more staff members maybe more skilled in CSGO (this is my personal opinion)
